Support
Start with the smallest safe description of the problem. Support can help with setup, scans, reports, updates, recovery actions and billing without asking for passwords or card details.
Email support@securityola.com with your domain, SecurityOla version and diagnostic ID if available.
Describe the screen, affected file or finding, and the last action you took. Do not send a raw database export.
Include the Paddle receipt or transaction reference. Review the Refund Policy; never send card numbers.
License help
Support can revoke an old key, issue a replacement and preserve the legitimate site state where appropriate. Moving to a replacement site revokes the old paid authorization first; exactly one active paid site remains.
Request a free replacement. No replacement fee and no new purchase is required.
The old key is revoked and a new key is issued; site credentials can be rotated when required.
The old site is deauthorized before the new site is activated. The one-site limit remains.
Share the last known good state and diagnostic ID. Support will explain whether retrying is safe.
Safe diagnostics
A support diagnostic can include version, scan, updater, report freshness, integrity and entitlement status. It should not include passwords, license secrets, API keys, webhook secrets, card data or raw site exports.
It helps support find the bounded operational record.
A timeline makes updates, scans and changes easier to reason about.
Support does not need credentials to begin an investigation.
