These Terms govern your use of SecurityOla, a BarndAI product (“SecurityOla,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By installing, accessing, or purchasing SecurityOla, you agree to these Terms.

1. Product

SecurityOla Pro is WordPress website security software. It provides Quick Scan, Full Scan, file integrity, findings and review controls, reports, notifications, login protection, TOTP, recovery codes, private update verification, quarantine, restore and controlled remediation. SecurityOla Pro is not device antivirus, a VPN, a WAF, remote computer-repair software, or a substitute for professional incident response.

2. License, platform and site limits

A SecurityOla Pro entitlement currently permits use on one active WordPress site. Plugin use and updates continue for the commercial life of SecurityOla Pro under the applicable license terms. The plugin requires WordPress 6.4 or newer and PHP 7.4 or newer. Hosting, plugin, theme and external-service compatibility can vary.

3. Delivery and activation

After Paddle confirms payment, SecurityOla synchronizes the entitlement using the verified Paddle transaction and customer records. The plugin is activated on a WordPress site that you own, administer or are authorized to secure. No custom card form is operated by this website.

4. Current new-purchase pricing

The current SecurityOla Pro offer is $99 one-time. It does not renew automatically. Paddle calculates applicable taxes and presents the final total before payment. The offer includes one active WordPress site, lifetime plugin use and lifetime updates for the commercial life of SecurityOla Pro.

5. License replacement and site movement

A lost or compromised license key can be revoked and replaced at no charge. Moving to a replacement site can also be handled at no charge: the old paid authorization is revoked before the new site is activated, and exactly one active paid site remains. A replacement does not require a second purchase transaction.

6. Security limitations and safe operation

No security product can guarantee detection or prevention of every attack, vulnerability, malicious file, compromised credential, configuration problem, supply-chain issue or zero-day. A clean scan is not a guarantee that a site is secure. Review findings before modifying, deleting, quarantining, repairing or restoring site data, and maintain a verified backup before significant remediation or update work.

7. Separate support services

SecurityOla AppCare and SecurityOla Emergency are separate, scope-confirmed services. They are not included in the SecurityOla Pro license and are not unlimited development or an unconditional recovery guarantee.

8. Payments and third parties

Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Pricing, taxes, receipts, payment methods and certain buyer rights may also be governed by Paddle’s buyer terms shown during checkout. SecurityOla may rely on WordPress, hosting infrastructure, email delivery and operational providers; the verified inventory is at /subprocessors.

9. Consumer rights and digital delivery

Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights. Where applicable law provides a withdrawal right for a distance contract, the required information and choices about immediate digital access or service performance must be presented through the applicable checkout flow. Any effect of immediate delivery or performance on withdrawal rights applies only where the law permits it and the required acknowledgement is obtained. This page is not a waiver of statutory rights.

10. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. A completed full refund, chargeback, fraud reversal or manual revocation may disable the related SecurityOla entitlement.

11. Acceptable use and changes

You may use SecurityOla only on WordPress sites you own, administer, or are authorized to secure. You may not use it to attack systems you do not have permission to test. We may update features, limits, supported versions, infrastructure and security rules where reasonably necessary for security, compatibility or service continuity.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecurityOla is provided without a guarantee that it will identify every threat or prevent every loss. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
